About Paz
Paz Perez is a founder and designer who is helping shape the future of design in the age of AI. With 13+ years designing for millions of users at Google and Autodesk, Paz recognized that designers were being left behind in the AI revolution.
While at Google, she created and led the “Gen AI for UX Teams” program, upskilling 900+ colleagues to design responsibly with and for AI. She coined the term “Model Designer” to push designers beyond interfaces and into hands-on model shaping with engineering and product.
Now she leads an AI consultancy that helps teams develop the AI literacy and confidence they need to innovate with intention and build solutions that last.
